I was attending my grandson’s basketball game in Minnetonka, MN. After the game ended we went to our car and found that the battery was dead because I forgot to turn off the lights. Most of the crowd had left or was leaving and so when I popped my trunk to get the cables Paul came walking up and asked if he could help.
I told him that we needed to get a jump to get the car started and he immediately went to his car, came over, popped the hood, and directed me to get into my car because it was cold. He then connected the cables, I jumped the engine and he removed everything, closed the hood and put the cables in my trunk before I was even out of the car. He came to my window and asked if everything was okay and I simply asked his name and if he had a card. He told me and shared his contact info with me. He was extremely kind, helpful and made a potentially unpleasant event pleasant.
