There are a lot of questions about how to create goals. There is also one proven way to do it SMART and there are five steps to SMART goal setting -

1. Specific – Make your goal very specific so that and everyone that you engage will understand it clearly.

2. Measurable – Your goals have to have defined parameters so you know when you are done. If you do not know what you want you will never get it.

3. Attainable – Define milestones(accomplishments) that you are really able tro do and can be done on a schedule.

4. Relevant – Your goal needs to be important enough to want bad enough to stay passionate and energized to succeed.

5. Time sensitive – You have to track and manage your steps to a goal in terms of time in order for it to happen.

There are so many good things that happen when you are getting the important and relevant things in life done. You have options and a lot of them are good. Look at what you have done and how it has changed your life and perhaps the lives of many others.

You can reset and relaunch some of the goals that you have achieved here. You can use pieces from all of your prior goals here to make sure you do what you know works.
